Recruitment Process
The selection process for candidates begins with receipt of the client’s request for Employees
• Selecting and shortlisting resumes from our continuously updated database of applicants that fit the client’s requirements.
• Those chosen for an initial round of interviews will be notified via phone or email.
• Sending the customer the most recent version of a candidate’s resume and any other pertinent materials for consideration or shortlisting.
• Schedule in-person or Skype final interviews with the clients for the chosen applicants.
